score per game = 2^n-1 + seed number

where n is the round number (value of 1 to 6) and seed number is the seed of the winning team (value of 1 to 16)

Tie Breakers go in the following order:

1. Pick the champ & you win
2. Most teams in the championship (the final game)
3. Most teams in the Sweet 16

And as always...If there is a situation that these rules don't cover, we'll make something up.
